Call center:
"Yeah hi, my name is David Smith and i'm from local.com. how are you doing?!" that's the thing 1st spiel when you go in call center..well call center is great, because of course the environment that you're gettin into is great also..friends, TL's, co-workers they simply amazing..even your TL's are your friends..san mo yan makikita kung hindi sa sixeleven global solution mo lang siya makikita..
Do you think call center is a pressure work? YES! But the thing is you can't feel the pressure because of the environment..weeeeee..i love it..hahaha..i considered my friend as my 2nd family..hehehehe..well guys if you want to go in call center then go..OK?..but use ABC!!..ABC means
A- Always
B- Be
C- Closing
and of course the AIDA!..
A- Attention
I- Interested
D- Decision
A- Action..
